All products are subject to availability.
Because many of our products are custom printed, colors, scale, and pattern placement may vary slightly from what appears on screen. Variations may occur due to monitor differences and the printing process.
We reserve the right to limit sales of our products to any individual, geographic region, or jurisdiction on a case-by-case basis.
3. Pricing & Payments
All prices are listed in U.S. Dollars (USD).
We reserve the right to change prices at any time without notice.
Payments are processed through secure third-party payment providers integrated with our website platform. By placing an order, you agree to provide accurate and complete billing and account information.
4. Shipping & Delivery
We make every effort to process and ship orders as quickly as possible.
Because our wallpaper is printed to order, production and delivery times may vary.
Once an order has shipped, delivery is handled by the shipping carrier. Melissa Dayton Art is not responsible for delays caused by the carrier.
Customers are responsible for ensuring that shipping information is correct at the time of checkout. We are not responsible for lost or misdelivered packages due to incorrect address information.
5. Returns, Refunds & Cancellations
Because our wallpaper is custom printed to order, most sales are final.
We do not accept returns or offer refunds unless an item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect due to our error.
If your order arrives with an issue, please contact us within 7 days of delivery and include your order number and photos of the issue so we can review and resolve it.

6. Intellectual Property
All artwork, designs, images, graphics, and content on this website are the exclusive property of Melissa Dayton Art.
These materials may not be copied, reproduced, distributed, or resold without written permission.
Unauthorized use of our artwork or designs is strictly prohibited.
7. User-Generated Content
If you tag @melissadaytonart or share images featuring our products on social media, you grant Melissa Dayton Art permission to repost or share this content on our website, social media, or marketing materials with appropriate credit.
If you prefer that your content not be shared, please contact us and we will remove it.
8. Limitation of Liability
Melissa Dayton Art is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use or inability to use our products or website.
Use of our products is at your own risk. Customers are responsible for ensuring that surfaces and installation conditions are appropriate before installing wallpaper.
Our liability is limited to the original purchase price of the product.
